Shipping Destinations Delivery Caveat

Packages will deliver typically from production to your doorstep in 2 – 3 weeks.  But note that other destinations, such as the US Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and military bases, experience longer delivery times for various reasons.

• Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii can be an up to an additional 2 weeks.
• Military bases and USA territories may be 6 – 8 weeks total delivery time.
• International destinations may experience extended delivery times.
• All import taxes and fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Do you ship outside the Internationally?

Yes, we do!

Will I receive my order in multiple packages?

Where possible, all ordered items will be fulfilled and shipped as one package.  However, it is possible/likely that stock or other factors result in an order being fulfilled and sent in multiple shipments.

Shipping Addresses

• Shipping addresses should be no longer than 35 characters per line.
• All addresses need to be submitted in the English alphabet. TYC is not responsible for covering the costs of a replacement order if the address is not submitted properly.
• We strongly suggest filling in both Address Lines 1 and 2 as the more details the address has, the more likely it is to be delivered to the proper address. Please include buzzer/ringer/apartment codes if needed for entry or contact.
  
• Double-check the shipping address to ensure it is correct.
